Jackson Wink Worldwide Sports Mgmt, LLC is a Fighter Development Program and Athlete Management Agency based out of the World-renowned Jackson Wink MMA Academy located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Goal of our Jackson Wink Worldwide Sports Mgmt Program is to select special individual athletes who have a great fighting potential and to ensure each athlete in the program works to attain specific goals intended to reach the peak of their Mixed Martial Arts career.
Each athlete selected for this program will receive the HIGHEST level of training and professional management. All the JW coaches and JW staff will be involved in making sure we collectively make the right decisions pertaining to your career. We will carefully matchmake to get you the right fights and guide you through all the obstacles that you might face through your career.

Albuquerque, New Mexico is famously known for its fighting traditions, but most importantly for its terrain and mile-high over the sea level altitude elevation. Athletes from all over the world and from different kind of sports come to our city to train on their endurance and conditioning.
The Jackson Wink Worldwide Sports Mgmt Founders are Mike Winkeljohn, Michael Lyubimov, Jeffrey Chavez, and Kevin Smith.
Mike Winkeljohn needs no introduction in the MMA World. The legendary Championship Striking Coach, former multiple times World Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champion, who has been involved in countless World Championship fights with Holly Holm, Jon Jones, Carlos Condit, Rashad Evans and many other mega fights, Coach Winkeljohn has ties to some of the best promotions in the world, like UFC, Bellator, PFL, LFA, etc.
That said, it allows us to sign and negotiate our fighters directly to these major and other worldwide, regional, or local organizations. All of the decisions pertaining to our athletes, no matter how big or small they are, go through Mike Winkeljohn to ensure all of our athletes receive necessary attention in regards to their careers.

Coach Winkeljohn is one of the best assets an athlete can have if they are serious about their MMA career.
Michael Lyubimov is the General Manager of The Jackson Wink MMA Academy where he has built an amazing flow of fighters coming in and out from all over the world, while involved in all the other day to day operations of a very busy MMA Camp. He is also a Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under the founder of Gracie Barra Red Belt Carlos Gracie Jr. and 6x World Champion, 4th Degree Black Belt Roberto “Tussa” Alencar.
Michael has successfully competed in Jiu-Jitsu and Combat Sambo tournaments for most of his life, and he has been a part of the MMA world at the highest level for about 10 years. From running one of the greatest MMA Camps in the World, to training, and managing the fighters, Michael is an excellent resource for the fighters looking to get to the next level. Michael was born in the Russian Federation and he has worked with some of the best MMA fighters like Khabib Nurmagomedov, Rustam Khabilov, Timur Valiev and many other great international fighters. Michael is also the United States Navy veteran.
Jeffrey Chavez is The Director of our Fighter Development. Jeffrey is an old school, former Olympic Level alternate Boxer who was involved is some epic boxing fights against Floyd Mayweather and many other great fighters of past decades. Jeffrey was a part of the US National Boxing Team and competed for the United States Army where he compiled an amateur record of 100-7. Jeff retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and successfully competed in professional boxing earning the 14-1 record. Jeff also has a Black Belt in Hopkido and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do.
Jeffrey has been a Boxing Coach and a Cornerman to a multitude of Boxers and MMA Fighters, as well as he was a matchmaker for multiple MMA Promotions and a manager for several Management companies, so he has a vast experience in the MMA world. Jeff has been successfully building fighters from square one and guiding them to some of the most premier MMA organizations in the world.
Jeffrey is The Founder and the Sr. Pastor Emeritus of the 1st competitive sports church in The United States. He is also responsible for co-founding the Vapor Sports Ministries, a worldwide NGO based in Alabama, which has over 15 sports based locations that help with clean water and feeding centers through Africa and Central America.

Jeffrey, amongst many other things, works to help athletes with their mental aspect of the fight game by training athletes in self affirmation.
From working with the elite level athletes to the amateurs, Mike Winkeljohn, Michael Lyubimov and Jeff Chavez have been successfully booking the right fights for our fighters, averaging in over 85% of victories secured for our athletes.
From our management team being based in one of the best MMA Camps in the World and our fighters fighting worldwide in all the major organizations, majority of MMA promotions are always looking to fill their cards with our fighters, as they know we bring the quality athletes and quality fights.
